Vignerons à Pouilly depuis 1960
Le domaine fût créé par notre grand-père Roland Chollet. Parti de rien il cultive et vinifie ses propres vins à Pouilly sur Loire.De père en Fils
Puis en 1980, Gilles, le fils de Roland, s’associe à ses côtés. Ils découvrent de nouveaux terroirs, acquièrent des terres et agrandissent le domaine viticole. Valérie, la femme de Gilles rejoint le domaine en 1989, suite au décès prématuré de Roland Chollet.Séverin et Milène une relève assurée
Après ses études à Beaune, Séverin, leur fils arrive au domaine en mettant en avant son savoir-faire. Il se consacre au travail de la vigne et de la vinification.C’est au tour de Milène de rejoindre le Domaine Familial suite à ses expériences professionnelles, elle se consacre à la commercialisation et à la gestion.
Ensemble, ils allient tradition et modernité pour faire rayonner leur savoir-faire et proposer des vins authentiques, à leur image : généreux, sincères et profondément enracinés dans leur terre.
Soucieux de l'environnement et d'un nouveau mode de culture plus écologique, nous souhaitons travailler le plus naturellement possible, pour cela nous avons obtenu nos labels pour l’Agriculture Biologique et la Biodynamie en 2025.
Winemakers in Pouilly since 1960
The estate was founded by our grandfather, Roland Chollet. Starting from nothing, he cultivated and vinified his own wines in Pouilly-sur-Loire.From father to son
In 1980, Gilles, Roland’s son, joined him. Together, they explored new terroirs, acquired land, and expanded the estate. Valérie, Gilles’ wife, joined the estate in 1989 following the untimely passing of Roland Chollet.Séverin and Milène – a guaranteed succession
After studying in Beaune, their son Séverin joined the estate, bringing his expertise and focusing on vineyard work and winemaking.Milène later joined the family estate after gaining professional experience, dedicating herself to sales and management.
In 2025, we proudly obtained our certifications for Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture. Together, they combine tradition and modernity to showcase their know-how and offer authentic wines that reflect their image: generous, sincere, and deeply rooted in their land.
Concerned about the environment and committed to a more ecological way of farming, we strive to work as naturally as possible. To this end, we obtained our certifications for Organic and Biodynamic Agriculture in 2025
